We are seeking an experienced Training Project Manager to join our team in Environment Platform Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our training offering and contribute to project work that drives training programmes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and deliver training programmes for in-person and e-learning platforms
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to create training materials and resources
  • Provide advisory services to colleagues on effective communication and training strategies
  • Identify and address training needs across the organisation
  • Maintain and manage all training assets produced by the team
  • Support the e-Learning Manager in the development process for online training materials.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong project management skills, experience in a training role within an international organisation or education/training institution, and culturally sensitive abilities. A degree level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline is required. You will also have experience working with diverse teams, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions.

Salary Package

">

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, 25 days plus public holidays, pension contributions, life insurance, income protection insurance, and hybrid working arrangements. We also provide opportunities for learning and development and organise regular team gatherings and social events.
