**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Leader to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive increased enquiry, increase revenue, and maximise marketing ROI.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, educated to Degree Level or equivalent, and working knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive increased enquiry, increase revenue, and maximise marketing ROI.
  • Own the creation, development, and management of our brand marketing plans, aligned with national marketing activity.
  • Identify, anticipate, and plan to satisfy customer needs to deliver increased revenue and profitability, and support the development of a robust CRM strategy.
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders regarding marketing campaigns to ensure successful and optimal execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent, ideally in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Good planning and time management skills.

**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

**Location:** Oxford
