We are seeking a seasoned remuneration professional to join our People Department Senior Leadership Team. As Director of Remuneration Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving our compensation and benefits agenda forward.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in remuneration strategy to deliver business outcomes and support the growth of our organisation. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement remuneration strategies that drive engagement, retention, and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in remuneration strategy, preferably in a public sector or similar setting. They will demonstrate exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing remuneration strategies that align with organisational goals
  • Designing and delivering employee value proposition (EVP) initiatives
  • Providing thought leadership on remuneration-related matters to senior stakeholders

We offer a market-leading salary of £66,436, plus a relocation allowance (if eligible). The role is based at Culham, Oxfordshire, and involves onsite working for three days per week, with flexible working options available.
