We are looking for a skilled Complaints Management and Service Excellence Lead to join our team at Holland America Line Inc in Southampton.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer contact throughout the complaint process, providing high-quality service to our guests from across all areas of the guest journey. This includes responding promptly to complaints and managing case loads within agreed service levels and ABTA regulated time frames.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting or exceeding efficiency KPIs, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction goals.

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working in our Southampton office at 2 days per week. The salary for this position is approximately £42,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
