We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operation in Dorset, UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT/technical services sales, experience managing multi-state operations, and a strong understanding of digital services and SEO.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Dorset
- Build and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Establish and maintain high-value client relationships with key decision-makers
- Oversee commission structures and team performance to ensure maximum earnings potential
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record in IT/technical services sales
- Experience managing multi-state operations
- Strong understanding of digital services and SEO
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a highly competitive commission-based compensation package with opportunities to earn substantial income based on team performance.
