Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Provider Management Lead to join our team at Internetwork Expert. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise in managing service providers and supporting projects within the pharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will lead the management of service providers, build relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers, and play a key role in supporting data/document requests before and during audits and inspections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to manage service providers effectively.
  • Supporting Service Provider training activities to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Coordinating review and approval of legal documents to ensure timely completion.
  • Managing financial activities, including coordination of review of financial trackers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining databases, including contract, PoA, vendor resource, and request databases to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Delivering data to support inspection/audit requests to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting major change management initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Developing manuals and internal procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements include:

  • Experience supporting projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Desirable experience working with service providers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Keen to develop leadership skills to drive business success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
