Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Services Lead to join our team at Options Wellbeing Trust. As a Wellbeing Services Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of wellbeing services across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar organisation, with previous experience of case monitoring and achieving accreditation status with a professional body such as the BACP. They will also have proven leadership skills and hold membership of BACP or an appropriate professional body.

This is a part-time role (18.5 hours per week) offering £15,428.40 per annum. You will be working closely with the Service Manager and Clinical Lead to ensure clinical compliance, quality assurance and safeguarding within the service offer.

About the Role

The Wellbeing Services Lead will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of client and participant caseloads/files
  • Involvement in assessment and client allocation for projects and newly developed areas of the Options Wellbeing workflow
  • SUPPORTING THE RECRUITMENT, INDUCTION AND TRAINING AND CPD OF VOLUNTEER TRAINEE COUNSELLORS AND ASSOCIATES
  • Leading on and supporting the Senior Management Team to gain organisational accreditation with the BACP
