About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children’s Services Limited. Our children’s home in Southampton provides specialist care and support for young people with complex needs, including Learning Disabilities and Attachment Disorder.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing care and support to our young people, including administering medication and supporting with daily living tasks
  • Collaborating with the Registered Manager to achieve operational goals, including implementing new initiatives and policies
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential and Childcare
  • Previous experience within a residential childcare setting, preferably with young people with complex needs
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach
