Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Day Senior Care Assistant, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents during the day time. As a Day Senior Care Assistant, you will be working closely with our residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualised care and support to residents during the day time
  • Supervising and leading the shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and inclusive environment
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
