Supporting Children with Diverse Educational Needs

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at Flourish Education Ltd. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of schools and settings, including Primary Schools, Special Schools, and Alternative Provisions.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to students with diverse educational needs, including those with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, Challenging Behaviour, and other complex needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children and adults alike. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
