We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary school based in Yardley. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children with special educational needs and wants to make a positive impact on their lives.
About the Role:
- To provide 1:1 and small group support to primary children with additional needs.
- To utilise your degree knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
- To work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing educational support to students with special educational needs.
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
- Supporting students with their personal and social development.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education).
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
