About the Role
This is a long-term contract for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning of a pupil with special educational needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Contribute to the creation of a supportive learning environment that promotes social inclusion.
- Maintain awareness of and comply with relevant policies and procedures.
- Relevant experience working with children with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
