Job Overview

We are recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across South and Central Birmingham and surrounding areas. This role involves providing support to children with special needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Tasks:
  • Support students in the classroom and small group settings.
  • Implement individualised support plans based on student needs.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in childhood studies or teaching assistance (Level 2 or 3).
  • Experience working with SEN students, preferably in a school environment.
  • Additional training certifications, such as MAPA, Makaton, or Team Teach.
  • A genuine interest in supporting children with special needs.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • £100 joining bonus.
