Job Title: Support Assistant for Children with Special Needs

We are seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to work closely with our team in providing individualized support to children with moderate learning difficulties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children in a classroom setting, assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation, and developing positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing academic support to children with moderate learning difficulties
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, special education)
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £30,000 per annum
