Protocol Education Ltd is a leading provider of education recruitment solutions. We are currently seeking support staff to work with children who have additional needs in schools across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Job Description:

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a support staff member, you will work closely with teachers and other educational professionals to provide individualized support to students with diverse needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of child development and learning principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also require a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to possess a degree in Psychology or a related field, as well as experience working with children with additional needs. A Teaching Assistant qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
