Diverse Learning Needs Coordinator: Join Our Team:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join our team of professionals who strive to provide inclusive education for students with diverse learning needs.

About the Role:

This is a non-teaching position that requires a strong understanding of special educational needs legislation, policies, and best practices. As a SENCO, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to support students with complex needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide training and guidance to school staff on special educational needs
  2. Lead the coordination of special educational needs provision in primary schools
  3. Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to ensure effective support for students
  4. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress
