Job Title: Temporary Executive OfficerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Executive Officer to join our team at Brook Street NMR. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing support to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Pre-School Education Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Staff Management: Supervise staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Programme Coordination: Coordinate the Pre-School Education Programme, including planning, implementing, and evaluating programme activities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including schools, voluntary organisations, and government agencies.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3, BTEC National, or two 'A' levels or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years' experience working in an administrative role in an office environment, including the use of IT Microsoft packages.
