Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Acting as first point of contact for the company
- Answering phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain company calendar
- Placing orders for PPE & stationary
- Booking travel and accomodation
- Monitoring stationary and PPE stock supplies
- Photocopying, scanning and filling
- Running post office, shop and bank errands
**Experience**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Must have full driving licence and access to car
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: £12,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
