Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
- Rates of Pay Negotiable Depending on Experience & Qualifications *
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Arranging post and deliveries including greeting visitors
- Typing up letters, reports, electrical certificates etc
- Printing and photocopying
- Updating computer records using a database
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining office systems
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Using Sage50 Accounts to input invoices (Experience is Desirable - Not Essential as Training will be provided)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £1,234.00 per hour
Schedule:
