Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations within a busy and dynamic office environment. Key responsibilities will include overseeing administrative operations, providing exceptional support to learners, managing and maintaining accurate records, and conducting regular quality checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of prior experience in an administrative or office management role
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A*-C), including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
