Are you a transportation expert looking for a challenging role in global logistics? We have an exciting opportunity at VanRath for a Transportation Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transport management within large distribution environments and a solid knowledge of the logistics process. A CRM system background is also preferred but not essential.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, and a negotiable benefits package. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and third-party equipment shipping and transportation worldwide, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Internal and Third-Party Equipment Shipping: You will work closely with our internal teams and external suppliers to plan and execute efficient transportation routes.
  • Ensuring Timely Delivery: Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all shipments are delivered on time, every time.
  • Building Viable Loads and Planning Effective Routes: You will use your expertise to maximize load space and plan the most effective routes possible.
  • Researching New Routes and Suppliers: You will identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains through researching new routes and suppliers.
  • Negotiating with Suppliers: You will build strong relationships with our suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Resolving Customer Queries: You will provide excellent customer service by resolving any queries or issues promptly and efficiently.
