**Hours**: 45 hours. Monday - Friday.

We currently have a new opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic **Workshop Administrator** to join our team based in our **Omagh **depot. If you don’t feel like you meet all the role criteria outlined below, please don’t let that discourage you from applying.

**In this role you will be**:

- Coordinating the day-to-day administration activities of the workshop, including scheduling maintenance and repairs of equipment.
- Recording and maintaining accurate records of all equipment in the workshop, including maintenance history, condition, and location.
- Ensuring that all necessary certifications are up to date for each piece of equipment.
- Managing levels of spare parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Liaising with suppliers to order parts and equipment as needed.
- Handling customer enquiries, requests for quotes, and invoices related to equipment damages.
- Assisting with the preparation of equipment for hire and the completion of necessary paperwork for transport

**What will help you to excel in this role**:

- Previous experience within an administrative role or within a busy workshop/depot
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Good multi-tasker and ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong team player
