Store Performance Coordinator

The Role:
The Store Performance Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction across our retail stores. As a member of our store management team, you will oversee a team of sales assistants and collaborate with other departments to achieve store-wide objectives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost sales and improve customer engagement
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promoting a positive store culture
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize store performance
- Partner with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store-wide initiatives
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or similar industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
