Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our construction operations on-site.
No prior experience necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. This role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities in the commercial construction industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to site managers and construction teams.
- Assist with organising and maintaining site documentation.
- Coordinate deliveries, schedules, and site communications.
- Learn and utilize construction-specific software and systems.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a construction environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
