About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising administrative responsibilities associated with contracts and project workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

* Supervise and maintain smooth operations by organizing and overseeing maintenance schedules
* Manage and keep records for material documentation and delivery logs
* Communicate with contractors to verify adherence to project standards and specifications
* Handle transactions for orders, pricing, quotes, sales, and purchase orders
* Prepare financial projections and estimate costs for contract-based projects

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in construction-related positions and be proficient in administrative duties within dynamic, high-demand environments. You should also be knowledgeable in commercial and financial procedures, have strong skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT software, and excellent organization and time management skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.

Salary Range: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
