About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join our team in Gravesend, North Kent. As a valued member of our Community Nursing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families in the community
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
