We are working with a well-established, award-winning, integrated marketing agency that specializes across strategy, creative, brand communications, sponsorship activation, digital, social, and influencer marketing.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Partnerships to join our Sponsorship division, with the responsibility for driving the growth of our agency's partnerships and providing strategic direction for the wider agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise existing and prospective clients on the full brand partnerships process, including property selection, asset evaluation, contract negotiation, strategy, campaign planning, creative through-the-line activation, and measurement.
- Develop and motivate a team of sponsorship strategy and activation specialists.
- Identify opportunities to diversify and grow the agency's service offering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sponsorship strategy and activation, including a senior leadership role in-house or agency-side.
- Strong understanding of the marketing and advertising industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
