  • Strategic Partnerships: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing strategic partnerships, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership and management for the Strategic Partnerships team, currently comprising one manager with approval to recruit an executive. This includes overseeing their development and ensuring the team's objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within an investment management environment, managing relationships with intermediary clients such as financial advisory firms.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
