Clinical Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd. in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in a dynamic and challenging environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to provide physical and emotional support to students, and maintain accurate records of individual student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEN in lessons and activities
- Providing physical and emotional support as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development
- Participating in team meetings and training programmes to ensure best practice
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
