Academics Ltd is a leading provider of Special Education Needs (SEN) services in Surrey. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Special Needs Educator to join our team

As a Special Needs Educator, you will work with our secondary-aged pupils in a brand new state-of-the-art building, providing individualised support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

You will be responsible for assisting children with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Physical Disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualised support and guidance to students
  • Assisting students with daily living tasks, such as toileting and personal care
  • Encouraging students to develop independence and self-confidence
  • Participating in team meetings and training programmes
