Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation queries for commercial insurance products.
  • Work closely with account executives on larger cases to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention levels and drive business growth.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and systems are in place to support business operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of services.
