About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Radius Payment Solutions Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by communicating with existing and potential customers about our Business Mastercard solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and support customers through the sales process.
  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our business Mastercard, Velos, explaining how Velos can benefit their business.
  • Support customers through the sales process from credit applications and activations, helping them to get up and running with their product.
  • Maintain a positive relationship between Radius and our customers.
  • Drive conversations to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants, and needs.
  • Work towards achievable sales targets and be financially rewarded to support the ongoing growth of this fast-growing division.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales environment where you've had to work to sales targets.
  • Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of our customers and reach your targets.
  • Display agility to be flexible and open to customer feedback and new ways of working.
