Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales objectives for all wholesale accounts within your designated region.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with branch managers, purchasing agents, and trade counter personnel.
- Strategic Planning: Implement monthly call strategies to ensure comprehensive service to all accounts.
- Opportunity Identification: Focus on both routine stock orders and lighting project prospects within the customer base.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize commercial insight to assess and report on monthly performance against budget, targets, and forecasts, providing variance analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Present findings and updates at monthly divisional sales meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A full, clean driving license.
- Experience in a field sales or account management capacity.
- Knowledge of lighting sales and/or technical expertise in the field.
- A solid understanding of the lighting and electrical industry.
- Proficiency in lighting design software such as Relux or Dialux.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
