**Job Title:** Business Development Manager

**Location:** UK

**Salary:** £28k basic salary (+ 10k OTE)

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales data in our CRM system
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base

  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
