**Job Title:** Business Development Manager
**Location:** UK
**Salary:** £28k basic salary (+ 10k OTE)
Pareto is a leading provider of innovative solutions to the engineering, architecture, and manufacturing industries. We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Sales team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales data in our CRM system
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base

- Educated to degree level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in sales or business development
