Business Development Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic New Business Executive to join our Sales Team at Safer Hand Solutions Ltd. in Crewe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
