We are looking for a skilled and organized Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps in Toxteth, Liverpool. This role involves overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring the smooth running of our busy office environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including printers and stationery.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all office queries and visitors.
  • Administer document control systems for office use.
  • Address client complaints in accordance with our complaints policy.

This role requires proven experience in office management, strong IT skills, and full training in GDPR and confidentiality protocols. You will also be expected to participate in ad hoc projects as required by Senior Management.
