About the Role:
As a Senior Adult Mental Health Practitioner at East London NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality social care services to adults experiencing mental ill-health. This role involves providing intensive support to ensure that bespoke professional supervision is readily available for all our social workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with acute inpatient units, the Crisis Team, Primary Care services, and the Voluntary Sector to contribute to a recovery-focused model of care.
  • Commission health and social care services as required and participate in your own regular supervision.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England is required, along with relevant specialist post-qualifying/postgraduate training.

We are seeking a team player who can negotiate and lead other professionals, while maintaining a commitment to equal opportunities, equality, and diversity issues.

A car driver is essential, with flexibility to travel between Trust sites throughout the County.
