Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a Care Coordinator in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. This part-time position involves working in a fully computerised surgery environment, providing high-quality care to special needs adults and nervous patients.
The ideal candidate will have a degree certificate in a relevant field, such as mental health nursing or social work, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Previous experience working with vulnerable populations is essential, as is possession of Enhanced DBS clearance and other relevant certifications.
Job Description:
You will work closely with our dental officers to provide comprehensive support services, including administering medications, performing routine checks, and maintaining accurate records. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and perform routine checks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, tracking patient progress and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Work closely with dental officers to provide comprehensive support services.
Requirements:
- Degree certificate in a relevant field (e.g., mental health nursing, social work).
