About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team at MacIntyre, supporting young people with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will work in a dynamic environment, assisting four young individuals aged 12-19. Guided by our core values of ambition, listening, continuous learning, and promoting equality, we strive to create a nurturing atmosphere.

The role involves working on outdoor adventures, trips to the cinema, and exploring new places, helping the young people develop essential life skills and enhance their independence as they transition into adulthood.

We are looking for compassionate and proactive individuals who can adapt to a dynamic environment and work collaboratively within a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to young people with Autism and Learning Disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Engage in outdoor activities and social events
