About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Westlands Residential Home, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalised support to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide washing and personal hygiene assistance to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Preparation of drinks and snacks, as well as administering medication (following training) to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care.
  • Contribute to a supportive environment that promotes residents' independence, choice, and autonomy.


Requirements

You will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to vulnerable individuals. Ideally, you will have experience working with elderly people, including those with dementia and physical disabilities. However, we are open to candidates with a naturally caring attitude, honesty, and a strong level of humility.
