Child Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Child Support Worker to join our team at Benjamin UK Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional and behavioural support to young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Helping to create a stimulating and caring environment
- Providing practical and emotional support under the guidance of the Management team
- Working closely with young people, their families and professionals according to programmes and plans
- Assisting individuals to live a full and meaningful life
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Diploma/NVQ3 in Caring for Children and Young People or commitment to work towards this qualification
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and resilience
- Ability to develop and promote positive working relationships
- Desire to succeed
This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS and social media checks. The hours of work are based on 24.5 hour shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with five of these shifts completed every 2 weeks.
