**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker - Waking Nights to join our team at MacIntyre.
Job Purpose: As a Support Worker - Waking Nights, you will play a vital role in supporting children aged 11 to 19 who have autism and severe learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with their personal care needs.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to children.
- Help children settle down for the night and ensure they have a restful sleep.
- Check in on children regularly to monitor their well-being.
