Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Apply competency-based treatment techniques and care to patients with specific conditions under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.
  • Plan and prioritize own visits to delegated patients, ensuring these are documented in personal work diaries.
  • Ensure patient-held records are completed for each visit and that SystmOne inputting is done on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals as required.

Clinical Expertise: The ideal candidate will have experience working within a healthcare setting, specifically in a community setting, and be able to communicate effectively with patients and carers.
