About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic operational support administrator to join our team. As an administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective support in monitoring incoming work requests via various channels
  • Ensure task manager fields are updated correctly, (dates, sub-types and matter codes)
  • Manage the workload by assigning tasks to the Administrators for completion
  • Collaborate closely with FOSD managers
  • Create and maintain system access requests for all team members and new joiners
  • Inbox management
  • Create Tasks when required
  • Maintain Project database
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by your manager
