Event Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our events business. Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting some of our largest corporate clients to book their perfect event partner on Togather.
As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads from our biggest corporate clients and ensuring they find and book the best suppliers on our platform. Your revenue targets will be met, and you will also help motivate the wider team to achieve theirs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and become an invaluable member of our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Focusing on outbound business development, exploring new sectors and clients that we can work with.
- Converting inbound leads from our biggest corporate clients and supporting them to find and book the best suppliers on our platform.
- Driving recurring revenue by frequently re-engaging with your clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Becoming an expert in the event booking industry, with a deep understanding of the best suppliers, upcoming venues, and the knowledge to bring it all together seamlessly for our clients.
- Taking ownership of your personal conversion metrics and providing insights and analytics to the wider organization to improve company conversion.
- Cross-selling on key accounts to introduce new suppliers to key clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales role or customer-focused position, with both inbound and outbound sales experience. They will possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of sales targets, and preferably experience using CRM tools like Salesforce. A passion for the events industry and a commercially motivated mindset are essential.
