About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a central role in the growth of our business and be a key point of contact for current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the current sales activities of the company through lead generation, email outreach, and cold/warm calling.
  • Prospecting leads and managing your own pipeline.
  • Taking ownership of the inbound leads process.
  • Meeting with clients via virtual, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Working to targets that help maximize company growth and your own earning potential.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the success of sales activity.
  • Providing support and guidance to the current client base to deal with issues and ensure the success of each account.
  • Building relationships with customers, industry professionals, and relevant leads.
  • Attending relevant events and promoting the business in person.
  • Staying up-to-date with digital technology and sustainability trends and news.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven work experience within a sales role (2+ years ideal).
  • Customer success experience is also preferable.
  • Highly driven with an ability to identify target customers, qualify leads, and execute across the full sales process.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and prospects.
  • Experience running sales campaigns to deliver results against monthly KPIs.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
