Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oncology Staff Nurse to join our team at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital. As a Senior Staff Nurse in Oncology, you will be responsible for leading by example and being an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor junior colleagues to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Use your clinical expertise and empathetic approach to meet each patient's needs and provide day-to-day supervision.
  • Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care and provide leadership to the team.
  • Provide clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students, and recognize talent and nurture junior colleagues.
