At Creative Support, we're passionate about empowering individuals with care needs to improve their quality of life. As a Relief Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting people to maintain their independence and engage with their communities.
As a calm, resourceful, and energetic Relief Support Worker, you'll possess well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement. You'll empower individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals, working alongside their circle of support.
Key responsibilities will include providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, as well as helping individuals access work, education, and social opportunities. You'll be required to work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, which may include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
We're a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organisation, committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support. As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts.
