**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Technology Adoption Director to drive the adoption of solutions within the Banking department. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of adoption strategies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive the adoption of solutions across the Capital Markets community
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of adoption strategies
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify new business opportunities within the Banking sector
* Develop strategic plans to increase solution adoption
* Engage with clients to drive increased adoption of solutions
* Lead a team to ensure the successful execution of adoption strategies
* Report on the progress of adoption initiatives to senior management

**Requirements**

* Background in Capital Markets within the Banking & Financial Services sector
* Knowledge of capital markets products, particularly derivatives
* Strong experience within business development (financial product or technology)
* Strong relationship building skills
* Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong reporting and presentation skills
* Deep understanding of trends and developments within the Capital Markets industry
