Sales Technology Adoption Senior Manager

As a Sales Technology Adoption Senior Manager at Digital Realty, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of our sales technology solutions across our sales teams, ensuring a positive return on investment for the business. Your primary responsibility will be to enable employees to get the most out of our digital tools, maximizing their work productivity in existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build partnerships between sales users, leaders, and our IT Product team to help leaders and their teams appreciate the value and benefits of technology and to help our IT Product team understand the needs and challenges of the business to provide better solutions.
  • Manage technology changes through continuous training to users, onboarding new hires, ensuring adoption of new business processes and working practices as needed, and acquiring necessary skills to use new systems.
  • Measure and track usage of the user community and report on it on a regular basis.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for both new and existing sales employees, facilitating effective use of our sales technology solutions.
  • Assist in development of training materials and/or videos.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales teams for system and process adoption, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Build strong relationships with the sales teams to understand their needs and provide support throughout their journey.
  • Gather feedback from end users regarding their experiences with the systems.
  • Work with product owners to prioritize improvements that will have the most impact on our user community.
  • Monitor sales teams' usage and adoption metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Clari, Xactly, ServiceNow (preferred).
  • Work with content owners to evangelize the tools, training, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced level user of MS Office applications, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in Business-level English (written and orally) - other European languages an advantage.
